Step 1) Preheat the oven to 180 °C (160 °C Fan) / Gas mark 4. Line a bakery tray with grease proof paper.
(DIY CBD cooking Tip: CBD begins to degrade at 392°F (200°C) – keep cooking temp below 200°C)
Step 2) Pour cannabidiol (CBD) & cookie mix into a mixing bowl and add the oil and milk. Stir with a spoon until combined. The dough should be quite stiff but hold together easily – if not add a little more milk.
Step 3) Roll into ten 35g balls and put into the baking tray leaving space for them to spread. Flatten slightly and bake for 12 minutes. Remove tray from oven, tap on counter to flatten cookies and bake for a further 2-3 mins until the edges are crisp. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
